Abstract
Abstrak Pembuatan sirkuit balap motor merupakan ide usaha yang memiliki tujuan mengurangi angka kecelakaan dan memfasilitasi bakat remaja di bidang dragrace dan roadrace. Oleh karena itu diperlukan metode yang tepat dan dapat diterapkan dalam menganalisa peuang bisnis ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengukur kelayakan bisnis ada dua jenis analisis yaitu non keuangan dan keuangan. Untuk non keuangan menggunakan analisis strengths-weaknessesopportunities-threats atau disingkat SWOT, sedangkan untuk yang keuangan menggunakan metode net present value, internal rate of return, payback period, dan break event point. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan kategori optimis, dan normal, mendapatkan kelayakan untuk membuat usaha ini, sedangkan pesimis tidak layak dikarenakan tidak memenuhi persyaratan. Kata Kunci: Kelayakan, Dragrace, Roadrace. Abstract The production of motorbike racing circuits is a business idea that has the aim of reducing the number of accidents and facilitating the talent of teenagers in the fields of dragrace and roadrace. Therefore, appropriate and applicable method of analyzing the business is needed. The method used in measuring business opportunity there are two types of analysis that is non financial and financial. For non-financial uses strengths-weaknessesopportunities-threats analysis or abbreviated as SWOT, while for financial uses the method of net present value, internal rate of return, payback period, and break event point. The results of this study prove that the category is optimistic, and normal, gets the feasibility to make this business, while pessimists are not feasible because they do not meet the requirements.
