Abstract

ABSTRAK PT Anugrah Putra Jaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perakitan (Manufaktur). Perusahaan ini berusaha untuk terus meningkat kualitas produk maupun jasanya. Dalam pembelian bahan baku memperhatikan banyak aspek atau faktor yang dianggap penting agar mendapat supplier yang berpotensi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk memilih supplier adalan dengan menggunakan metode ANP (Analytical Network Process). Permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana memilih supplier yang tepat pada PT Anugrah Putra Jaya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui urutan prioritas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan supplier yang tepat pada PT Anugrah Putra Jaya, (2) Mengetahui supplier pipa terbaik yang paling memenuhi pemilihan supplier, (3) Kriteria yang penting untuk memilih supplier. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ANP dibantu dengan Software Super Decision serta batas konsistenan maksimum yang diperbolehkan adalah CR ≤ 0,10 persen. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan metode ANP, maka didapat hasil Bobot Prioritas Global adalah PT Sumber Usaha sebagai alternatif pemilihan supplier di PT Anugrah Putra Jaya. Kata kunci : Pemilihan supplier, Analyticsl Network Process, Supplier terbaik, Studi kasus. ABSTRACK PT Anugrah Putra Jaya is a company engaged in the assembly (Manufacturing). The company is trying to keep increasing the quality of its products and services. In the purchase of raw materials to pay attention to many aspects or factors that are considered important in order to get a supplier that has the potential to meet the needs of the company. One of the methods used to select suppliers is by using ANP (Analytical Network Process) method. The problems that will be discussed in this research are: How to choose the right supplier at PT Anugrah Putra Jaya. The objectives of this research are: (1) To know the order of priority factors that influence the selection of the right supplier at PT Anugrah Putra Jaya, (2) to know the best supplier of pipe that best fulfill supplier selection, (3) criteria important to choose supplier. This study used the ANP method and the maximum permissible limit is CR ≤ 0.10 percent. Based on the calculation with ANP method, then obtained the result of Global Priority Weight is PT Business Source as an alternative to supplier selection in PT Anugrah Putra Jaya.
