Abstract

Analisa Daya Dukung Pondasi Tiang Pancang, Muhammad Wira Kaloka, 41116210034, Resi Aseanto, S.T,MT., 2020. Pembangunan suatu pondasi sangat besar fungsinya pada suatu konstruksi. Secara umum pondasi didefenisikan sebagai bangunan bawah tanah yang meneruskan beban yang berasal dari berat bangunan itu sendiri dan beban luar yang bekerja pada bangunan ke tanah yang ada disekitarnya. Pondasi tiang pancang adalah batang yang relative panjang dan langsing yang digunakan untuk menyalurkan beban pondasi melewati lapisan tanah dengan daya dukung rendah kelapisan tanah keras yang mempunyai kapasitas daya dukung tinggi yang relative cukup dalam dibanding pondasi dangkal. Daya dukung tiang pancang diperoleh dari daya dukung ujung (end bearing capacity) yang diperoleh dari tekananujung tiang dan daya dukung geser atau selimut (friction bearing capacity) yang diperoleh dari daya dukung gesek atau gaya adhesi antara tiang pancang dan tanah disekelilingnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analisis dimana dalam perhitungan perencanaan pondasi tiang pancang menggunakan perhitungan kapasitas daya dukung dengan metode bagemann dan mayerhoff.Dari hasil perhitungan daya dukung gaya vertical berdasarkan data sondir menggunakan metode Bagemann pada titik pancang pertama sebesar 1059,50 kN dan pada titik ke dua sebesar 1015,95 kN, dan hasil data SPT menggunakan metode mayerhoff pada titik pancang pertama sebesar 663,88 kN dan pada titik ke dua sebesar 498,76 kN. Hasil perhitungan daya dukung horizontal tiang tunggal Qultimate sebesar 216 kN,Tunggal Qizin sebesar 72 kN,Grup sebesar 228 kN.Hasil perhitungan daya dukung gaya vertical tiang pancang grup sebesar 2860,65 kN.Hasil perhitungan penurunan tiang tuggal sebesar 11,62 mm, Kelompok tiang pancang 10,77 mm, sehingga hasil perhitungan untuk penurunan tiang tunggal lebih kecil dari penurunan ijin yaitu lebih kecil dari 65mm. In general, a foundation is defined as an underground building that transmits the load originating from the weight of the building itself and external loads acting on the building to the surrounding ground. Pile foundations are relatively long and slender rods that are used to convey the load of the foundation through the soil layer with a low bearing capacity of hard soil layers which have a high carrying capacity that is relatively deep compared to shallow foundations. The bearing capacity of the pile is obtained from the end bearing capacity obtained from the tip pressure and the friction bearing capacity obtained from the friction bearing capacity or the adhesion force between the pile and the surrounding soil. This research uses the method analysis research where in the calculation of pile foundation planning using the calculation of the carrying capacity with the Bagemann and Mayerhoff method. From the calculation of the carrying capacity of the vertical force based on the sondir data using the Bagemann method at the first piling point is 1059.50 kN and at the second point is 1015, 95 kN, and the results of SPT data using the mayerhoff method at the first stake of 663.88 kN and at the second point of 498.76 kN. The results of the calculation of the horizontal carrying capacity of the single pile Qultimate is 216 kN, Single Qizin is 72 kN, Group is 228 kN. The calculation of the carrying capacity of the group pile vertical force is 2860.65 kN. The calculation result of single pile reduction is 11.62 mm, Group 10.77 mm piles, so the calculation result for a single pile settlement is smaller than the allowable settlement, which is less than 65mm.
