Abstract

Judul : Pengaruh Variasi Kadar Limbah Abu Ampas Tebu Terhadap Parameter Marshall Di Lapisan Laston AC-WC, Nama : Imam Sindu Baskoro, NIM : 41116210031, Dosen Pembimbing : Ir. Muhammad Isradi, MT., IPM., 2020. Pada campuran perkerasan aspal dibutuhkan bahan pengisi (filler) untuk mendukung kinerja konstruksi perkerasan jalan agar dapat menahan beban lalu lintas. Berbagai jenis filler telah banyak digunakan antara lain abu batu, semen portland dan lain-lain. Namun keterbatasan sumber daya alam mendorong upaya pemanfaatan bahan-bahan buangan dalam konstruksi perkerasan jalan.Potenisi produksi ampas tebu. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan limbah limbah Tebu sebagai filler pada campuran perkerasan aspal. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode exsperimental, dimana percobaan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kumpulan data dan analisis hasil pengujian. Pengujian dilakukan dalam 2 tahap yaitu, pengujian benda uji dengan filler semen portland yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan parameter Marshall dan nilai KAO dan pengujian benda uji dengan filler abu ampas tebu untuk menghasilkan parameter Marshall dan nilai kadar filler optimum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan limbah abu ampas tebu dengan proporsi 5% terhadap berat filler meningkatkan stabilitas. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada campuran lapis AC-WC didapat nilai KAO sebesar 5,7% dan nilai kadar filler optimum 5,5%. Nilai stabilitas dengan 7% filler abu ampas tebu didapat 1237.1 kg dengan perendaman benda uji selama 30 menit dan 1156.4 kg dengan 7% filler abu ampas tebu dengan perendaman benda uji selama 24 jam pada suhu 60 °C, memenuhi persyaratan minimal 800 kg. Various types of fillers have been widely used, including rock ash, portland cement and others. However, the limitation of natural resources encourages the use of waste materials in road pavement construction. Potential production of bagasse. In this study, sugar cane waste was used as a filler in the asphalt pavement mixture. The research method used is the experimental method, where the experiment is carried out to obtain a data set and analysis of test results. The test was carried out in 2 stages, namely, testing the test object with Portland cement filler which was carried out to obtain Marshall parameters and KAO values and testing the test object with bagasse ash filler to produce Marshall parameters and optimum filler content values. The results showed that the use of bagasse ash waste with a proportion of 5% to the weight of the filler increased stability. Tests carried out on the AC-WC layer mixture obtained the KAO value of 5.7% and the optimum filler content of 5.5%. The stability value with 7% bagasse ash filler was obtained 1237.1 kg by soaking the test object for 30 minutes and 1156.4 kg with 7% bagasse ash filler by soaking the test object for 24 hours at 60 ° C, meeting the minimum requirements of 800 kg.
