Abstract

Analisis Perbandingan Pelat Lantai Metode Konvensional Dengan Metode Half Slab Terhadap Biaya Dan Waktu, Muhammad Fadhiil Dwi Sukmana, 41116210018, Novika Candra Fertilia, ST, MT., 2020. Pembangunan dalam bidang infrastruktur dan konstruksi di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun semakin berkembang baik dari segi desain maupun sistem yang digunakan. Beberapa sistem tersebut antara lain sistem konvensional dan precast (Half Slab). Pelaksanaan Sistem konvensional adalah pengecoran di lokasi atau bisa disebut Cast in situ sedangkan precast pelaksanaannya proses produksi dilakukan di tempat khusus, kemudian dibawa ke lokasi proyek (transportasi) untuk disusun menjadi satu kesatuan struktur yang utuh. Di dalam pelaksanaan sistem konvensional terdapat beberapa kekurangan yaitu membutuhkan waktu yang lama, kualitas yang kurang baik serta membutuhkan banyak bekisting dan pekerja, sehingga mengakibatkan waktu pelaksanaan yang lama. Tetapi di balik banyaknya kekurangan tersebut tentu saja ada kelebihannya yaitu biaya pelaksanaan yang murah. Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan melakukan perbandingan sistem pelat lantai konvensional dengan pelat lantai half slab pada proyek jembatan dijadikan objek tugas akhir ini untuk membandingkan pengaruh antara sistem konvensional dengan half slab terhadap kebutuhan biaya pelaksanaan proyek dan jangka waktu pelaksanaan serta metode pelaksanaannya. Adapun analisis perbandingan pelat lantai metode konvensional dan pelat lantai metode half slab telah mendapatkan hasil. Untuk pelat lantai metode konvensional membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 2.353.749.140 dengan waktu pelaksanaan selama 67 hari. Sedangkan pelat lantai half slab membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 2.598.711.750 dengan waktu pelaksanaan selama 49 hari. Jadi pekerjaan pelat lantai konvensional lebih murah Rp. 244.962.610 dibandingkan dengan metode half slab akan tetapi pekerjaan pelat lantai metode half slab lebih cepat 18 hari dibandingkan metode konvensional. In this study, the writer will compare the conventional floor slab system with the half slab floor slab system on the bridge project as the object of this final project to compare the effect of the conventional slab system with the half slab system on the cost requirements of the project implementation and the implementation period and method of its implementation. The comparative analysis of the conventional floor slab and the half slab floor slab has obtained results. For conventional floor slab the cost is Rp. 2,353,749,140 with 67 days of implementation time. While a half slab floor plate costs Rp. 2,598,711,750 with 49 days of implementation time. So the work of conventional floor plate is cheaper Rp. 244,962,610 compared to the half slab method, but the work of the floor slab method is 18 days faster than the conventional method.
