Abstract

ABSTRAK Pusat kebudayaan di dalam suatu ibu kota provinsi merupakan tempat yang diharapkan dapat merepresentasikan identitas atau karakter. Jawa Barat memiliki precentage luhur yang telah melekat sejak masa lalu baik yang tercermin secara formal maupun informal dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Jawa Barat juga merupakan provinsi yang memiliki pluralitas yang kompleks. Konsep-konsep lokal dalam tradisi Sunda. Precentage yang tercermin di dalam Dasar Negara- Pancasila, semboyan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, Demokrasi, Gotong Royong, merupakan precentage luhur bangsa Indonesia yang juga harus selalu diperhatikan. Di dalam Pancasila dikenali adanya precentage spiritualitas-religius, kemanusiaan-humanisme, persatuankesinergisan, demokrasi, dan sosial. Bandung merupakan suatu lokasi yang tepat untuk suatu tempat Pusat Kebudayaan Sunda yang dikarena Bandung merupakan sebagai landmark Kebudayaan Sunda. Jika seseorang mengingat sunda maka seseorang tersebut akan teringat pada daerah bandung yang terkenal akan budaya sunda. Bandung memiliki beberapa potensi yaitu, adanya beberapa paguyuban seni tradisional seperti Wayang Golek dan Karawitan, serta memiliki perguruan tinggi yang menjalankan pendidikan di bidang seni seperti ASTI (Akademi Seni Tari Indonesia) Bandung, STSI (Sekolah Tinggi Seni Indonesia), SMKI (Sekolah Menengah Karawitan Indonesia) dan ITB Jurusan Seni Rupa dan Desain. Pada proses perencanaan Pusat Kebudayaan Sunda ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa permasalahan dari suatu perencanaan ini adalah adanya pengembangan lahan yang awal nya merupakan suatu tempat Balai Pendidikan dan Tenaga Kependidikan yang sudah lama tidak berfungsi sejak tahun 2004 dan akan dikembangkan menjadi suatu tempat Pusat Budaya. Dan pada perencanaan Pusat Budaya di Bandung ini mendapatkan pengaruh dari suatu arsitektur local yang merupakan Arsitektur Tradisional Sunda sebagai penekanan desain pada bangunan menggunakan Transformasi Arsitektur Tradisional Sunda. Tujuan dari pengembangan Pusat Budaya itu sendiri adalah upaya akademik dalam merancang dan mendesain sebuah bangunan Pusat Budaya di Cibeunying Kaler, Bandung Jawa Barat yang mampu merancang dan mendesain bangunan Pusat Budaya di Cibeunying, memberikan dampak positif yang besar terhadap penggunanya yang maupun terhadap lingkungan di sekitar, adanya Pusat Kebudayaan Sunda di Bandung yang ditujukan untuk mewadahi semua kegiatan pengembangan, promosi, penelitian, dan pelestarian terhadap kebudayaan Sunda. Pusat Kebudayaan Sunda ini dilengkapi dengan fasilitas-fasilitas penunjang kegiatan yang menggunakan persyaratan standar-standar yang ditentukan. Perencanaan dan perancangan ini menggunakan penekanan desain Transformasi Arsitektur Tradisional Sunda untuk tampilan bangunan, sehingga diharapkan kebudayaan Sunda ini akan semakin memperkuat kota Bandung dalam penyediaan obyek pariwisata yang bersifat informasi dan pendidikan (rekreasi budaya). Bandung is a right location to a place that cause Sundanese cultural center bandung is a landmark cultural event .If someone given sunda hence a person would be reminded of the bandung for cultural event . Bandung have some potential namely, there are several comunity traditional art as puppet Golek and Karawitan, as well as having college who runs education in the field of art as ASTI ( academy the dance indonesia ) bandung, STIS ( high school the art of indonesia ), SMK ( high school karawitan indonesia ) and itb of fine arts and design. To the process of central planning in the sunda culture this it can be concluded that the problem that of a this planning is the existence of expansion of land which is the beginning of a a place i e education and education staff who have been long the lose its proper function 2004 has changed since last year and will be developed into a place the cultural center .And on central planning in the garbage generated by bandung residents cultural ties in this get the effects of an architecture local which is now known as traditional architecture sunda as an emphasis a design on building or using the transformation of traditional architecture sunda . The purpose of the development of cultural center itself is the effort academic in designing and design a building the cultural center of cibeunying kaler , bandung west java capable of designing and design building the cultural center of cibeunying , have a positive impact who of crimes against the user who and to neighborhood , the center culture sunda in bandung devoted to mewadahi all development activities , promotion , research , and the preservation of to culture sunda .Cultural center sunda is completed by supporting facilities activities that uses requirements standards determined .Planning and design it uses emphasis design transformation architecture traditional sunda to overlay building , it is expected that culture sunda this will be more built the city bandung in the delivery of objects tourism is information and educational ( recreation of the culture ) .
