Abstract
This research discuss about how organizational culture and motivation affect engagement at the level of non-staff at PT. Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), which is further to determine the effect that occurs between organizational culture on the level of hiring non staff at PT. Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), motivation of the bond at the level of non-staff at PT. Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), as well as organizational culture and motivation of the bond at the level of non-staff at PT. Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Data were obtained through a survey at PT. Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), by distributing questionnaires to employees as many as 70 peoples. Sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. While analysis tools using multiple regression analysis. In this research note that organizational culture significantly affect the working ties as well as the motivation significantly affect the bonding work From the results it can be concluded that the organizational culture variables no significant effect on bond variables work with significant value 0.171 and motivation variables significantly influence variable working bond with a significance value of 0.001. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, and Employment Engagement Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana budaya organisasi dan motivasi mempengaruhi ikatan kerja pada level non staff di PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), yang selanjutnya untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang terjadi antara budaya organisasi terhadap ikatan kerja pada level non staff di PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Motivasi terhadap ikatan kerja pada level non staff di PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Serta budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap ikatan kerja pada level non staff di PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data diperoleh melalui survey di PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada pegawai sebanyak 70 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampling menggunakan tehnik sampel jenuh. Sedangkan alat analisis menggunakan analisa regresi berganda. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Budaya organisasi secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap ikatan kerja begitu juga dengan motivasi secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap ikatan kerja. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Ikatan kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,171 dan variabel Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Ikatan kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi, dan Ikatan Kerja
