Abstract
Perencanaan dan Perancangan Pusat Seni dan Budaya Jawa Barat “West Java Art And Cultural Centre (WJACC)” Green Building Program Studi Arsitektur - Universitas Mercu Buana | i ABSTRAK Gedung Pusat Seni Dan Budaya Jawa Barat “West Java Art And Cultural Centre (WJACC)” terletak di BPPTKP Bandung, Jl. Pahlawan No.70, Neglasari, Cibeunying Kaler, Bandung 40124. Pusat kebudayaan di dalam suatu ibukota provinsi merupakan tempat yang diharapkan dapat merepresentasikan identitas atau karakter. Jawa Barat memiliki nilai-nilai luhur yang telah melekat sejak masa lalu baik yang tercermin secara formal maupun informal dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Jawa Barat juga merupakan provinsi yang memiliki pluralitas yang kompleks. Konsep-konsep lokal dalam tradisi Sunda, seperti silih asah, silih asuh, silih asih merupakan landasan penting dalam mengembangkan gagasan yang melatar belakanginya. Landasan penting bagi pengembangan pusat kebudayaan di Jawa Barat, dapat diambil gagasan/konsep-konsep lokal yang mendasari desainnya, tidak sekadar meniru aspek bentuk luarnya namun aspek yang lebih mendalam menyangkut aspek filosofi seperti dalam ruang, massa, dan bentuk. Pusat Seni dan Budaya Jawa Barat harus dapat menjadi icon untuk Jawa Barat itu sendiri yang menggambarkan semangat jamannya yakni futuristik dan inovatif namun tetap memperhatikan kearifan lokal khususnya di Jawa Barat. Bangunan dan kompleksnya harus dapat menjadi „Place‟ bagi kawasan dan lingkungan kota Bandung. Selain itu desain wajib menggunakan pendekatan green building. Bangunan Pusat Seni dan Budaya Jawa Barat dengan total luas lahan 15.840 m. dengan KDB 50% dari luas bangunan yang menapak tanah (maks 7.920 m2) dan juga memenuhi standar akustik dan lighting yang handal sehingga nyaman saat menikmati setiap karya yang disajikan. Pahlawan No.70, Neglasari, Cibeunying Kaler, Bandung 40124. The cultural center in a provincial capital is a place that is expected to represent identity or character. West Java has noble values that have been inherent since the past both that are reflected formally and informally in people's lives. West Java is also a province that has a complex plurality. Local concepts in the Sundanese tradition, such as picking up, taking care, compassion are important foundations in developing the ideas behind them. An important foundation for the development of a cultural center in West Java, local ideas / concepts that underlie the design can be taken, not just imitating aspects of its outer form, but a deeper aspect of aspects such as philosophy in space, mass, and form. The Center for Art and Culture of West Java must be able to become an icon for West Java itself which describes the spirit of its era, which is futuristic and innovative, while still paying attention to local wisdom, especially in West Java. Buildings and complexes must be able to become "Place" for the area and environment of the city of Bandung. In addition, the design must use a green building approach. Building West Java Art and Culture Center with a total land area of 15,840 m. with KDB 50% of the building area that treads the ground (maximum 7,920 m2) and also meets acoustic standards and reliable lighting so that it is comfortable when enjoying every work presented.
