Abstract
Kebutuhan akan transportasi kini sudah menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi penduduk suatu kota. Karena transportasi merupakan sarana yang sangat penting dalam memperlancar roda perekonomian suatu wilayah. Seiring dengan berkembang nya perekonomian warga di suatu wilayah, jumlah pemilik dan pengguna kendaraan pribadi pun meningkat pesat. Hal itu perlu diimbangi dengan fasilitas Penunjang transportasi yang mendukung. Untuk itu dibutuhkannya sebuah solusi untuk mengurangi kemacetan dengan cara memaksimalkan manfaat dari transportasi umum seperti kereta Commuter Line. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah pembanguan gedung Park and Ride sebagai fasilitas Penunjang transportasi pada stasiun Bekasi, kota Bekasi. Untuk merencanakan gedung Park and Ride dibutuhkan beberapa data. Data didapat dari survey lapangan yaitu survey untuk mendapatkan nilai demand kedatangan kendaraan. Survei dilakukan dengan cara menghitung jumlah kendaraan yang keluar dan masuk pada parkiran stasiun Bekasi yang terbagi atas dua zona yaitu zona utara dan zona Selatan. Waktu survey dilakukan pada pukul 06.00 – 21.00 WIB. Dari hasil pengolahan data tersebut menggunakan excel didapatkan karakteristik pengguna fasilitas Park and Ride dan juga jumlah demand pengguna fasilitas Park and Ride untuk sepeda motor sebesar 676, sedangkan untuk mobil sebesar 107 kendaraan . dari jumlah demand tersebut direncanakan gedung park and Ride yang dapat menampung 1000 sepeda motor dan 100 mobil dengan jumlah lantai yaitu 3 lantai. Because it is a means of transportation that is very important in smoothing the wheels of the economy of a region. Along with the improve economy of the residents in an area, the number of owners and users vehicles increased rapidly. It needs to be balanced with supporting facilities transportation support. For that he needed a solution to reduce congestion in a way to maximize the benefits of public transportation such as the Commuter train Line. One of the solutions that can be done is the construction of Park and Ride facilities as transportation support at Bekasi Station, Bekasi. For the planned park and ride required some data. Data obtained from field survey i.e. surveys to get the value of the demand the arrival of the vehicle. The survey was conducted by counting the number of vehicles going in and out of the Bekasi station parking lot which is divided into two zones, namely the north zone and the south zone.The time survey done at 06.00-21.00. From the results of processing the data using the excel user characteristics obtained as a park and ride facility and also the amount of demand of users facilities park and ride for motorcycles of 676, while for cars of 107.
