Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of self efficacy, work stress, burnout on the turnover intention of PT. Griya Miesejati. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Griya Miesejati. This study was conducted on 150 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study show that the variables of self efficacy have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, work stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, and burnout has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. Therefore the results of this study state that there is a joint effect between self efficacy, work stress and burnout on the turnover intention of PT. Griya Miesejati. Keywords: Self efficacy, work stress, burnout, turnover intention. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy, stres kerja, burnout terhadap turnover intention PT. Griya Miesejati. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Griya Miesejati. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 150 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variable self efficacy berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention,dan burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara self efficacy, stres kerja dan burnout terhadap turnover intention PT. Griya Miesejati. Kata Kunci : Self efficacy, stres kerja, burnout, turnover intention.
