Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work dicipline, work environtment, and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Blue Bird branch Puri Indah I, West Jakarta. The population in this study were 78 employees. The sample used was 78 employees. The method of data collection uses a survey method, with research instruments being questionnaires. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The value of R-Squre (R²) is 0.768 and interpreted that the construct variability of job satisfaction can be explained by the variables studied at 76,% while 23.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this model. This study proves that work discipline and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee workload, and the work environment has no effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords : work dicipline, work environtment, and organizational commitment, employee job satisfaction (employee in PT. Blue Bird branch Puri Indah I). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Blue Bird Cabang Puri Indah I Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Nilai R-Squre (R²) sebesar 0.768 dan diinterprestasikan bahwa variabilitas konstruk kepuasan kerja yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variable yang diteliti sebesar 76,% sedangkan 23,2% dijelaskan oleh variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model ini. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuan kerja karyawan, serta ingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerj karyawan.
