Abstract

ABSTRACT Name : Leoris Hanjaya Merdeka Student Number : 41515310024 Counsellor : Dr. Ida Nurhaida, MT. Title : PT XYZ Fire Insurance Claim Application Insurance company PT. XYZ is one of the fastest growing insurance companies, to support the development of the company, innovations must be made that can facilitate and provide maximum service for each insured. In this project we try to provide faster and more efficient service in terms of fire insurance claims. Given the current path, if the insured wants to claim, the insured must carry out the reporting process that the insured must come to the office on work day and jam to carry out the reporting process with a maximum time of 7 days from the date of announcement. Then if the reporting process has been done, to get the claim submitted, the insured must go through the claim process, in the recovery process the insured must also go to the office on working days and hours by proving photos and letters from the police for a maximum of 12 months starting from the date the fire is approved. If the process has been completed and all data is valid, the insured will receive a survey schedule, directly by the surveyor from the company. If the surveyor has conducted a survey and asked for the right to get a claim, the surveyor will give questions to acceptors consisting of percentage claims that are eligible to be accepted based on facts in the field. If receiving a surveyor has been accepted by the acceptor section, the acceptance section will further examine by comparing the surveyor's request with the policy and other provisions included in the clause in the policy. Each acceptance section has carried out the process of checking again and has determined the cost of replacement, the insured has succeeded in receiving the claim accepted by the acceptor section. Judul : Aplikasi Klaim Asuransi Kebakaran PT XYZ Perusahaan asuransi PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan asuransi yang sedang berkembang pesat. Mengingat alur yang ada saat ini adalah, jika tertanggung ingin mengajukan klaim, maka tertanggung harus melakukan proses pelaporan yaitu tertanggung harus datang ke kantor pada hari dan jam kerja untuk melakukan proses pelaporan dengan batasan waktu maksimal 7 hari dimulai dari tanggal terjadinya kebakaran. Kemudian jika proses pelaporan sudah dilakukan, maka tertanggung harus melalui proses tuntutan, dalam proses tuntutan ini tertanggung juga harus datang ke kantor pada hari dan jam kerja dengan menyertakan bukti foto dan surat dari kepolisian serta berkas pendukung lainnya, dengan batasan waktu maksimal 12 bulan dimulai dari tanggal terjadinya kebakaran. Apabila proses tuntutan sudah dilakukan, maka tertanggung akan mendapat jadwal survey, Jika surveyor sudah melakukan survey dan tuntutan yang diajukan layak untuk mendapatkan klaim, maka surveyor akan memberikan usulan ke bagian akseptasi berupa besarnya persentase penggantian yang layak diterima tertanggung berdasarkan fakta – fakta di lapangan. Jika usulan surveyor sudah diterima oleh bagian akseptasi maka, bagian akseptasi akan mengkaji lebih jauh dengan membandingkan usulan yang diajukan surveyor dengan kondisi polis dan ketentuan lainnya yang tercantum dalam klausul di polis. Apabila bagian akseptasi telah menentukan besarnya biaya penggantian, maka tertanggung sudah berhasil menerima klaim yang di akseptasi oleh bagian akseptasi.
