Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan memahami gambaran dari proses regulasi emosi yang dimiliki anggota Intelijen Polri yang bertugas dalam penugasan One Man Operation (OMO). Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan subjek yang adalah Anggota Intelijen Polri karena diharapkan setiap subjek dapat menggambarkan “proses regulasi emosi” mereka pada saat bertugas dalam One Man Operation (OMO) pada studi kasus terorisme yang terjadi di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan, metode wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, model data, dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Model proses regulasi emosi yang digunakan mengadaptasi dari jurnal Gross yang mana teori tersebut menggunakan model panel A, B, dan C. Hal ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dari kedua subjek yang melakukan tugasnya mampu untuk membentuk persepsi- persepsi positif, serta mampu mengubah cara berpikir diri sendiri secara positif untuk dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Kata kunci: inteligen, one man operation, polisi, regulasi emosi, terorisme This study aims to describe and understand the description of the emotional regulation process owned by members of the Police Intelligence who are assigned to the One Man Operation (OMO) assignment. This study uses a qualitative method with subjects who are members of the National Police Intelligence, because it is hoped that each subject can describe their "emotional regulation process" while on duty in One Man Operation (OMO) in case studies of terrorism that occurred in Indonesia. This study uses interview and observation methods to get the data. The analysis of the data technique uses data reduction, data modeling, and verification of conclusions. The results of this study show that the emotional regulation process model used is adapted from the Gross journal where the theory uses the panel model A, B, and C. It can be concluded that the two subjects who perform their duties are able to create positive perceptions, and able to change the way you think about yourself positively to solve the existing problems.
