Abstract
This study aims to determine the material management risk factors that arise in the Quality Improvement Project for Slum Settlement in Bogor Regency, Bojonggede Region and their impact on the performance of the project implementation time. The research method used is a survey and for data processing by statistical methods. The risk analysis used to examine the variables that affect performance is the Analyctic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine local values of frequency and impact, then the Risk Management Guidelines standards to determine the level of risk, as well as factor analysis for grouping risk sources. The results of this study are the 4 most tall sources of risk in material management and 3 risk factors. Keywords: Risk, Material, AHP (Analyctic Hierarchy Process) Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor risiko manajemen material yang timbul di proyek Peninngkatan Kualitas Pemukiman Kumuh Kabupater Bogor, Kawasan Bojonggede dan pengaruhnya terhadap pengadaan material pelaksanaan proyek tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dan untuk pengolahan datanya dengan metode statistik. Analisa resiko yang digunakan untuk menguji variabel - variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja adalah (AHP) Analyctic Hierarchy Process untuk menentukan nilai lokal frekuensi dan dampak lalu standar Risk Management Guidelines untuk menentukan tingkat level resiko , serta analisa faktor untuk pengelompokan sumber resiko. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 4 variabel resiko yang paling tinggi dalam manajemen material. Kata Kunci : Risiko, Material, AHP (Analyctic Hierarchy Process)
