Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know the influence of product quality, price, and promotion to purchasing decision on refill drinking water at Tirta Kurnia Air Depot. The object of this study is consumers who have bought and consumed the product. This research was done to 100 respondents by using incidental sample technique. Data analysis in this research using multiple regression with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of research shows that product quality, price, and promotion have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decision. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing that shows the significant value of three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Keywords : Purchasing Decision, Product Quality, Price, Promotion ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada air minum isi ulang di Depot Tirta Kurnia Air. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah membeli dan mengonsumsi produk tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel insidental. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari ketiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesis.
