Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) KCP Cibubur. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 35 orang. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS Ver.21. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. stres kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were 35 people from PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) KCP Cibubur. The sample used was 35 people. The sampling method uses total sampling. The method of data collection uses a survey method, with research instruments being questionnaires. Data analysis method using SPSS Ver.21. This study proves that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. work stress and work motivation together have a significant and significant effect on employee performance.
