Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation and work culture on the performance of members of the Police Republic of Indonesia Metropolitan Jakarta Raya Regional Public Relations section. This research is a quantitative research. This research was conducted at the Indonesian National Police Metro Jaya Region with a population of 54 personnel using a saturated sample. The technique of collecting data is done by using a questionnaire method. Test the validity and reliability of the data using the product moment correlation formula from Pearson and Cronbach’s alpha. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded, (1) there is a positive and significant effect between work discipline on the performance of the Republic of Indonesia Metro Jaya Police personnel in the Field of Public Relations, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on the performance of the Republic of Indonesia Police personnel at Metro Jaya Field of Public Relations, (3) there is a positive and significant influence between work culture on the performance of the personnel of the Republic of Indonesia Metro Jaya Regional Police Public Relations Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Work Culture, Performance ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja anggota Kepolisian Daerah Metropolitan Jakarta Raya Bagian Hubungan Masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Daerah Metro Jaya dengan populasi 54 personel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas data menggunakan formula korelasi product moment dari pearson dan cronbach’s alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil kesimpulan, (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja personel Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Daerah Metro Jaya Bidang Humas, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja personel Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Daerah Metro jaya Bidang Humas, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya kerja terhadap kinerja personel Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Daerah Metro Jaya Bidang Humas Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Kerja, Kinerja
