Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of production employees of PT. Jui Shin Indonesia Karawang West Java. This research is a quantitative research. This research was conducted at PT. Jui Shin Indonesia Karawang West Java with a total population of 256 employees. The sample in this study was 156 employees using the Solvin formula. The technique of data collection is done by questionnaire method. Test the validity and reliability of the product moment correlation formula data from Pearson and Cronbach's Alpha. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded, (1) there is a positive and significant influence on the leadership style on the performance of production employees of PT. Jui Shin Indonesia Karawang West Java, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on work motivation on the performance of production employees of PT. Jui Shin Indonesia Karawang West Java. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Performance. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi PT. Jui Shin Indonesia Karawang Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Jui Shin Indonesia Karawang Jawa Barat dengan populasi seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 256 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 156 karyawan dengan menggunakan rumus Solvin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas data formula korelasi product moment dari pearson dan cronbach’s alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil kesimpulan, (1) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi PT. Jui Shin Indonesia Karawang Jawa Barat, (2) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi PT. Jui Shin Indonesia Karawang Jawa Barat. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja.
