Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Wisma Mulia Jakarta Branch. This research is a quantitative research. This research was conducted at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Wisma Mulia Jakarta Branch with a population of 30 employees. The sample in this study were 30 employees using saturated samples. The technique of data collection is done by questionnaire method. Test the validity and reliability of the product moment correlation formula data from Pearson and Cronbach's Alpha. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded, (1) there is a positive and significant influence on the leadership style on the performance of employees of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Wisma Mulia Jakarta Branch, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on work discipline on employee performance PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Wisma Mulia Jakarta Branch, (3) there is a positive and significant influence on motivation on the performance of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Wisma Mulia Jakarta Branch. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Motivation and Performance. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Kantor Cabang Pembantu Wisma Mulia Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Kantor Cabang Pembantu Wisma Mulia Jakarta dengan populasi seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 30 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas data formula korelasi product moment dari pearson dan cronbach’s alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil kesimpulan, (1) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Cabang Wisma Mulia Jakarta, (2) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Kantor Cabang Pembantu Wisma Mulia Jakarta, (3) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Cabang Wisma Mulia Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi dan Kinerja.
