Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Denso Indonesia Plan II Cibitung Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Denso Indonesia Plan II Cibitung Bekasi, Jawa Barat, dengan populasi 192 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 130 karyawan dengan batas toleransi 5%. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner, di mana semua karyawan mendapat kesempatan yang sama untuk menjawab setiap pertanyaan yang diajukan. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas data menggunakan rumus korelasi momen produk dan alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan, (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Denso Indonesia Plan II Cibitung Bekasi Jawa Barat (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kerja motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Denso Indonesia Plan II Cibitung Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the work productivity of employees of PT Denso Indonesia Plan II Cibitung Bekasi, West Java. This research is a quantitative research. This research was conducted at PT Denso Indonesia Plan II Cibitung Bekasi, West Java, with a population of 192 employees. The sample in this study was 130 employees with a tolerance limit of 5%. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire method, where all employees get the same opportunity to answer every question asked. Test the validity and reliability of the data using the product moment correlation formula and Cronbach's alpha. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded, (1) there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee productivity of PT Denso Indonesia Plan II Cibitung Bekasi West Java (2) there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee productivity of PT Denso Indonesia Plan II Cibitung Bekasi, West Java.
