Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sika Indonesia Cileungsi Bogor Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Sika Indonesia Cileungsi Bogor Jawa Barat dengan populasi seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 500 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 karyawan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas data formula korelasi product moment dari pearson dan cronbach’s alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil kesimpulan, (1) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sika Indonesia Cileungsi Bogor Jawa Barat, (2) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sika Indonesia Cileungsi Bogor Jawa Barat. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja. ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sika Indonesia Cileungsi Bogor West Java. This research is a quantitative research. This research was conducted at PT. Sika Indonesia Cileungsi Bogor West Java with a total population of 500 employees. The sample in this study was 83 employees using the Slovin formula. The technique of data collection is done by questionnaire method. Test the validity and reliability of the product moment correlation formula data from Pearson and Cronbach's Alpha. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded, (1) there is a positive and significant influence on work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Sika Indonesia Cileungsi Bogor West Java, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on work motivation on the performance of PT. Sika Indonesia Cileungsi Bogor West Java.
