Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujun untuk menganalisis determinan struktur modal di perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2013-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 14 perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 8 perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diseleksi dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil dalam penelitian ini mengindikasikan profitabilitas (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal, pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Kata Kunci: Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Ukuran Perusahaan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze determinat capital structure in food and bevarege company listed in Indonesia’s Stock Exchange (IDX). The reseach object are food and bevarege company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2017. Population in this research is 14 company. The sample used is 8 company. The samples in this study were selected through the purposive sampling method and tested hypothesis by panel data regression analysis. The result in this study indicates that profitability has a positive and not significant on capital structure, sales growth has a negative and not significant on capital structure and size has a negative and significant on capital structure.
