Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, yaitu budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 60 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah berupa sampling teknik jenuh. Data penelitian menggunakan data primer hasil penyebaran kuesioner ke karyawan PT. Lion Super Indo Cabang Cibubur. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, diketahui bahwa secara simultan budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan, terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara itu, melalui pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aimsto analyze the influance of organizational culture and work motivation and its impact on employee performance. To examine the factors that affect employee perfomance, namely organizational culture and work motivation. This reserch was conducted by survey method through questioner distributing 60 respondents. The method used in sampling in this study is in the form of saturated sampling techniques. The research data used primary data from questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Lion Super Indo Cabang Cibubur. Based on the result, it is known that simultaneously information organization culture and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, throught partial test shows that work motivation variable significant influence to employee performance, while organizational culture variable significant influence to employee performance.
