Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Pengaruh Penggunaan Limbah Keramik Sebagai Subtitusi Agregat Kasar Dengan Curring Air Laut Terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton, Nama : Fanisya Putri Andrian, NIM : 41115210026, Dosen Pembimbing : Prof. Dr. Syafwandi M.Sc Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode experimen dengan melakukan pencampuran (subtitusi) agregat kasar dari bahan limbah keramik terhadap kuat tekan beton. Penelitian ini menggunakan variasi subtitusi limbah keramik sebesar 0%, 30%, 50% dan 75% dari volume agregat kasar dengan curring air laut selama 7 hari, 14 hari, 21 hari dan 28 hari. Tahap pemeriksaan agregat kasar dan halus dilakukan terlebih dahulu sebelum membuat campuran beton, hal ini digunakan untuk mengetahui gradasi dari agregat yang akan digunakan. Tahapan membuat campuran beton ini yaitu melakukan slump test terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui workability. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendapatkan beton dengan subtitusi limbah keramik 30% curring air laut selama 28 hari mendapatkan hasil terbesar yaitu sebesar 304.442 kg/cm3 sedangkan beton dengan campuran limbah keramik 0% curring air laut selama 28 hari hanya mendapatkan 287.118 kg/cm3 . ABSTRACT Title: Effect of Ceramic Waste Usage as Coarse Aggregate Substitution with Seawater Curring on Concrete Press Strength, Name: Fanisya Putri Andrian, NIM: 41115210026, Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Syafwandi M.Sc. This research is a study that uses experimental methods by mixing (substituting) coarse aggregates of ceramic waste material against concrete compressive strength. This study uses variations of ceramic waste substitution of 0%, 30%, 50% and 75% of the coarse aggregate volume with curring sea water for 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days. Stage of rough and fine aggregate inspection is done first before making a concrete mixture, this is used to determine the gradation of the aggregate to be used. This stage of making concrete mixes is to do a slump test first to find out workability. The results of this study obtain concrete with ceramic waste substitution 30% curring sea water for 28 days get the largest yield of 304,442 kg /cm3 while concrete with a mixture of ceramic waste 0% curring sea water for 28 days only get 287,118 kg /cm3.
