Abstract

ABSTRACT Title : Analisis Kebutuhan Lahan Parkir Pada Pasar Swalayan (Studi Kasus : Tip Top Rawamangun), Name : Aulia Sriwahyuningsih, Mentor : Widodo Budi Dermawan ST, M.Sc, 2018 Tip Top Supermarket Rawamangun is one of the supermarket outlet and also as main Tip Top Supermarket outlets at Jabodetabek. As a supermarket, Tip Top has its own value, namely religious and cheap. So that among other supermarket all over Jabodetabek, Tip Top still have loyal customers which is at least once a month visit their outlet to meet their daily needs. The writer of this Final Project aims to determine parking requirements, parking characteristics, parking space patterns and solutions to parking problems at Tip Top Rawamangun supermarket. The method used is a direct survey on Saturday and Monday from 10.00 – 22.00 WIB. Based on the results of the analysis, the amount of parking currently available is only 14 SRP for Light Vehicle (LV) and 228 SRP for Motorbikes (MC) on Saturday and the amount of parking currently available is only 16 SRP for Light Vehicle (LV) and 202 SRP for Motorbikes (MC) on Monday. The highest Light Vehicle volume occurred on Saturday as many as 112 vehicles and for Motorbikes on Saturday as many as 1570 vehicles, the highest accumulation for Light Vehicle (LV) occurred on Monday at 10.00 WIB as many as 23 vehicles and for Motorbikes (MC) occurred on Saturday at 16.01 – 17.00 WIB as many as 551 vehicles. The average parking duration for Light Vehicle (LV) is 2 hours and for Motorbikes (MC) is 2 and a half hours. Parking index on Saturday from 10.00 – 19.00 WIB IP > 1 for Light Vehicle (LV) and for Motorbikes (MC) from 11.01 - 19.00 WIB IP > 1, and on Mondays for Light Vehicles (LV) from 10:00 - 15.00 WIB IP > 1 and for Motorbikes (MC) from 13.01 - 18.00 WIB IP > 1. The suitable parking space pattern is parking at angle of 30 °, 45 ° and 60 ° and parallel for Light Vehicles (LV) and for Motorbikes (MC) at angle 90 ° and parallel. Sebagai pasar swalayan, Tiptop memiliki value tersendiri, yaitu agamis dan murah. Sehingga diantara sekian pasar swalayan dan supermarket yang ada di Jabodetabek, Tip Top tetap memiliki pelanggan setia yang minimal sebulan sekali mengunjungi gerainya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Penulis Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan parkir, karakteristik parkir, pola ruang parkir dan solusi terhadap permasalahan parkir pada pasar swalayan Tip Top Rawamangun. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey langsung pada hari Sabtu dan Senin dari 10.00 – 22.00 WIB. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, Jumlah parkir yang tersedia saat ini hanya 14 SRP untuk kendaraan ringan (LV) dan 228 SRP untuk sepeda motor (MC) pada hari Sabtu dan Jumlah parkir yang tersedia saat ini hanya 16 SRP untuk kendaraan ringan (LV) dan 202 SRP untuk sepeda motor (MC) pada hari Senin. Volume kendaraan ringan tertinggi terjadi pada Sabtu sebanyak 112 kendaraan dan untuk sepeda motor pada hari sabtu sebanyak 1570 kendaraan, akumulasi tertinggi untuk kendaraan ringan (LV) terjadi pada hari senin pukul 10.00 WIB sebanyak 23 kendaraan dan untuk sepeda motor (MC) terjadi pada hari sabtu pukul 16.01 – 17.00 WIB sebanyak 551 kendaraan. Rata-rata durasi parkir untuk kendaraan ringan (LV) 2 jam dan untuk sepeda motor (MC) 2 jam setengah. Indeks parkir pada hari Sabtu dari pukul 10.00 – 19.00 WIB IP > 1 untuk kendaraan ringan (LV) dan untuk sepeda motor (MC) dari pukul 11.01 – 19.00 WIB IP > 1, dan pada hari senin untuk kendaraan ringan (LV) dari pukul 10.00 – 15.00 WIB IP > 1 dan untuk sepeda motor (MC) dari pukul 13.01 – 18.00 WIB IP >1. Pola ruang parkir yang cocok digunakan ialah parkir membentuk sudut 30°, 45° dan 60° dan paralel untuk kendaraan ringan (LV) dan untuk sepeda motor membentuk sudut sudut 90° dan paralel.
