Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Kebutuhan Ruang Parkir PT Pegadaian (persero), Jakarta. Nama : Gema Mahardika. NIM : 41114320007, Dosen Pembimbing : Dr. Andri Irfan Rifai, ST., MT. 2019. Kota Jakarta merupakan Ibu Kota Indonesia dengan jumlah penduduk 10,3 juta jiwa penduduk (BPS,2017). Seperti halnya PT Pegadaian (persero) terdapat di Jakarta Pusat yang memiliki jumlah penduduk mencapai kurang lebih 914.182 jiwa (BPS,2018). PT Pegadaian (persero) merupakan salah satu pusat perkantoran yang berada di Jalan Kramat Raya No.162. PT Pegadaian (persero) dibangun di kawasan Kramat Raya seluas 15019 m2 . Apabila pusat perkantoran tidak memperhatikan fasilitas-fasilitas yang memadai maka akan dapat menimbulkan dampak yang tidak baik, apakah terhadap lalu lintas di sekitar lokasi ataupun di dalam lingkungan pusat perkantoran itu sendiri. Untuk memprediksi kebutuhan parkir dilakukan evaluasi dari hasil karakteristik parkir yang meliputi volume parkir, akumulasi parkir, durasi parkir, indeks parkir, PTO dan kapasitas parkir. Hasil penelitian ini adalah volume parkir pada hari Jumat, 21 Juni 2019 sebanyak 198 mobil dan 593 motor dan hari Senin, 24 Juni 2019 sebanyak 200 mobil dan 549 motor. Akumulasi parkir terbesar pada hari Jumat, 21 Juni 2019 untuk mobil sebanyak 63 pukul 11:00 – 12:00 dan 289 motor pukul 14:00 – 15:00. Senin, 24 Juni 2019 sebanyak 56 pukul 15:00 – 16:00 dan 267 motor pada pukul 15:00 – 16:00. Durasi rata-rata waktu parkir lebih dari >4 sehingga termasuk ke dalam long time parking. Indeks parkir terbesar pada hari Jumat, 21 Juni 2019 dengan nilai 1,26 untuk mobil sedangkan motor dengan nilai 1,11 dan pada hari Senin, 24 Juni 2019 dengan nilai 0,93 untuk mobil dan motor dengan nilai 1,03. Parking Turn Over (PTO) pada hari Jumat, 21 Juni 2019 dan hari Senin, 24 Juni 2019 sebanyak 2 sampai 4 kendaraan/SRP/hari. Kapasitas parkir mobil pada hari Jumat, 21 Juni 2019 dan hari Senin, 24 Juni 2019 sebanyak 13 dan 20 kendaraan/jam/hari sedangkan untuk kapasitas parkir motor sebanyak 114 dan 124 kendaraan/jam/hari. Berdasarkan dari karakteristik parkir tersebut, maka kebutuhan ruang parkir pada hari Jumat, 21 Juni 2019 pukul 11:00 – 12:00 dan hari Senin, 24 Juni 2019 pukul 15:00 – 16:00 di PT Pegadaian (persero) kurang memenuhi kebutuhan parkir. Jakarta is a capital city of Indonesia with population of 10,3 million people (BPS,2017). As well as PT Pegadaian (persero) is located on a Central of Jakarta City which has population of approximately 914.182 people (BPS,2018). PT Pegadaian (persero) is one of the central business district on Jalan Kramat Raya No.162. PT Pegadaian was built in the 15.019 m 2 of Kramat Raya street. When the central business district doesn’t pay attention to qualify the facilities, it’ll have a bad impact, whether on the traffic around the site or within the shopping center itself. To predict of parking requirements, therefore an evaluation of the parking characteristics that includes parking volume, parking accumulation, parking duration, parking index, PTO and parking capacity. The result of this study are parking volume on Friday, June 21, 2019 as many as 198 car and 593 motorcycle and on Monday, June 24, 2019 as many as 200 car and 549 motorcycle. The largest accumulation of parking on Friday, June 21, 2019 as many as 63 car at 11:00 – 12:00 and 289 motorcycle at 14:00 – 15:00 and on Monday, June 24, 2019 as many as 56 at 15:00 – 16:00 and 267 motorcycle at 15:00 – 16:00. The average duration of parking time is >4 hours so that it’s included in the long time parking. The biggest parking index on Friday, June 21, 2019 with a value of 1,26 for the car while for the value of motorcycle are 1,11 and on Monday, June 24, 2019 with a value of 0,93 for the car while for the value of motorcycle are 1,03. Parking Turn Over (PTO) on Friday, June 21, 2019 and on Monday, June 24, 2019 as many as 2 to 4 vehicles/SRP/day. Motorcycle parking capacity on Friday, June 21, 2019 and on Monday, June 24, 2019 as many as 114 and 124 vehicles/hour/day. Based on the characteristics of the parking lot, the parking space requirements on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 11:00 – 12:00 and on Sunday, June 24, 2019 at 15:00 – 16:00 at PT Pegadaian (persero) doesn’t fulfill of the parking requirements.
