Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Identifikasi Faktor Penyebab Keterlambatan Waktu Pada Pekerjaan Struktur Atas Sudi Kasus Proyek Evenciio Margonda Apartement, Nama : Mahfudz Suftandi, Nim : 41113320031, Dosen Pembimbing : Anjas Handayani, ST.MT, 2018. Salah satu pekerjaan dalam proyek kontruksi adalah pekerjaan struktur. Pekerjaan struktur merupakan lingkup pekerjaan yang paling dominan dalam proyek konstruksi. penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor paling dominan penyebab keterlambatan pada pekerjaan struktur atas Gedung Evenciio Margonda Apartement dan bagaimana cara meminimalisir agar terjadi keterlambatan pada pekerjaan struktur atas Gedung Evenciio Margonda Apartement. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktor dominan penyebab keterlambatan pekerjaan struktur atas adalah: (1) Manajemen yang tidak tepat, (2) Keterlambatan proses pembayaran oleh owner, (3) Masalah finansial yang dialami oleh owner, (4) Terjadi change order oleh owner, (5) Kesalahan dalam memilih metode konstruksi, (6) Kekurangan peralatan, (7) Rendahnya produktifitas tenaga kerja.Penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis pengolahan data, Uji kolerasi dilakukan dengan uji 2 arah yang mempunyai pengertian bahwa uji dilakukan untuk melihat tingkat pengaruh faktorfaktor penyebab keterlambatan tersebut, apakah mempunyai pengaruh atau tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu. Tingkat pengaruh yang dihasilkan dalam uji kolerasi ini mempunyai hasil dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (coreelation is significant at thr 0.05 level) yaitu tingkat kepercayaan terhadap hasil baik dan tingkat kepercayaan 99% (coreelation is significant at thr 0.01 level) yaitu tingkat kepercayaan terhadap hasil sangat baik Kata kunci : Keterlambatan, Struktur Atas. ABSTRACT Title: Identification of Factors Causing Time Delay in Upper Structural Work to Study Evenciio Margonda Apartment Case, Name: Mahfudz Suftandi, Nim: 41113320031, Advisor: Anjas Handayani, ST.MT, 2018. One of the jobs in a construction project is structural work. Structural work is the most dominant scope of work in construction projects. This study is to find out the most dominant factors causing delays in the structural work of the Evenciio Margonda Apartment Building and how to minimize the delay in the structure work of the Evenciio Margonda Apartment Building. This study concludes that the dominant factors causing delays in the upper structure work are: (1) Improper management, (2) Delay in the payment process by the owner, (3) Financial problems experienced by the owner, (4) Change order occurs by the owner, ( 5) Errors in choosing the construction method, (6) Lack of equipment, (7) Low labor productivity. This study also concluded that based on the results of data processing analysis, the correlation test was carried out by 2-way test which has the understanding that the test was conducted to see the level of influence the factors that cause the delay, do they have influence or do not have an influence on time performance. The level of influence produced in this correlation test has a result with a confidence level of 95% (coreelation is significant at thr 0.05 level), namely the level of trust in good results and a confidence level of 99% (coreelation is significant at thr 0.01 level) that is the level of trust in results well Keywords: Delay, Upper Structure.
