Abstract

The digital age today has a website application that can obtain factual information contained in the website. Starting from news, information about Education, where to stay etc. Rental Contracting Website that makes it easy for consumers to choose a contract that has been provided by carrying out the accounting process and filling out data in accordance with the provisions that have been prepared. The purpose of this research is to build a rental accounting application using the Waterfall method, which can solve the problem of prospective rented residents to obtain information. With the Waterfall method is a method of solving to build applications that have been planned to solve the problem, which later can be used by the user to occupy the rent that has been provided in the system. With this application, it is able to help the community to obtain information and quality from the rent that has been provided. Key words: Ordering Application, FIFO Algorithm, Website, Waterfall, Booking Era digital pada masa kini terdapat aplikasi website yang dapat memperoleh informasi secara fakta yang terdapat isi di website tersebut. Mulai dari berita, informasi seputar Pendidikan, tempat tinggal dll. Website Pembookingan Kontrakan yang memudahkan para konsumen untuk memilih kontrakan yang sudah disediakan dengan melakukan proses pembookingan dan mengisi data sesuai dengan ketentuan yang sudah disiapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi pembookingan kontrakan menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan calon penghuni kontrakan untuk memperoleh informasi. Dengan metode Waterfall merupakan metode penyelesaian untuk membangun aplikasi yang sudah direncanakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah, yang nantinya dapat digunakan user untuk menempati kontrakan yang sudah disediakan dalam system. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini mampu membantu masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi dan kualitas dari kontrakan yang sudah disediakan.
