Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Berpengaruh Terhadap Operation & Maintenance Pada Stadion Sepak Bola Di Indonesia, Nama : M. Syahrul, NIM : 41117310068, Dosen Pembimbing : Ali Sunandar, S.S.T. M.T, 2018. Fasilitas olahraga dibangun pemerintah, bahkan dikategorikan megah, tapi kesulitan untuk merawatnya. Pemerintah Indonesia telah bekerja keras membangun stadion bertaraf internasional dan merenovasi beberapa infrastruktur stadion sepak bola pada perhelatan Asian Games 2018, dalam pembangunan stadion sepakbola masa Operation and Maintenance (O&M) adalah faktor yang berpengaruh dalam keberlanjutan stadion itu sendiri. Dengan mengetahui faktor dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap Operation and Maintenance (O&M) pada stadion sepak bola memungkinkan stadion sepak bola tidak terlalu membebani keuangan pemerintah daerah dan pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari studi literatur dan primer dengan menggunakan metode Delphi. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji statistik dengan uji spearman rank didapatkan hasil penelitian dengan variabel Penyewaan stadion (konser, pernikahan, dll), Pendanaan Pemerintah melalui APBD/N, Akses penyandang cacat (difabel), Spot / Titik Media yang strategis (Information center), Tribun dan nomor tempat duduk penonton untuk kenyamanan, Struktur Organisasi Manajemen Pemeliharaan, Informasi elektronik CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), Pengelolaan melalui pihak ke dua yang profesional (Kontrak Pemeliharaan) adalah variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan infrastruktur stadion sepak bola di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Sepakbola, Operation and Maintenance (O&M), infrastruktur stadion sepak bola ABSTRACT Judul : Analysis of Influential Factors on Operation & Maintenance at Football Stadiums in Indonesia, Name: M. Syahrul, NIM: 41117310068, Lecture: Ali Sunandar, S.S.T. MT, 2018. Sports facilities built by the government, as expensive categorized, but difficult to take care facilities. The Indonesian government has worked hard to build an international standard stadium and renovate several football stadium infrastructures at the 2018 Asian Games event, in a football stadium Operation and Maintenance (O & M) period which is an influential factor in the sustainability for the football stadium. By knowing the dominant factor affecting the Operation and Maintenance (O & M) at the football stadium allows the football stadium not too dependent on central or regional government finances. This research uses secondary data from literature and primary data using the Delphi method. Processing data using statistical tests with the Spearman Rank test obtained results of research with stadium rental variables (concerts, weddings, etc.), Government Funding through APBD / N, Access for disabilities (disabled), Spot / Media Point that is strategic (Information center), Tribune and audience seating numbers for convenience, Maintenance Management Organizational Structure, Electronic Information CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), Management through professional second parties (Maintenance Contracts) is a variable that influences the sustainability of the football stadium infrastructure in Indonesia.
