Abstract

Multi-function folding study table for ages 6 to 12 years with used PVC pipe material is a tool for the learning process and activities at school and outside of school. Based on a survey regarding the design of folding study tables that vary in shape, color, function and material, in this case also various kinds of existing raw materials including wood, fiber, iron, plastic in the manufacture of folding study tables. With qualitative descriptive research methods and quantitative descriptive research in approaching the process of selecting PVC pipe rawmaterials, the process of forming used PVC pipe flexes with the burning method and the time period to make sheets to be used as raw materials. From the overall design of the study table, forget, the average rectangular shape that has an effective function during the activity process at the study table. The most comfortable folding study table shape is made with a 950 table tilt so that the body is in an upright position when doing long learning activities. the position of the legs has the advantage of having electability in setting the high and low of the folding study table. The advantage is that there are 2 functions as a blackboard which is positioned on the bottom of a folding study table, usingwastematerial from used PVC pipes that only weighs 3 kg, so it is not heavy when carrie Meja belajar lipat multi fungsi untuk umur 6 s/d 12 tahun dengan bahan pipa pvc bekas adalah alat bantu untuk proses belajar dan kegiatan disekolah maupun di luar sekolah. Berdasarkan survey penelitian mengenai desain meja belajar lipat yang bervariatif dari bentuk, warna,fungsi dan material, dalam hal ini juga berbagai macam bahan baku yang sudah ada meliputi kayu, piber, besi, plastic dalam pembuatan meja belajar lipat. Dengan Metode penelitian Deskriptif kualitatif dan Deskriptif Kuantitatif dalam menggapai proses pemilihan bahan baku pipa PVC bekas, maka proses pembentuk pelenturan pipa pvc bekas dengan metode pembakaran dan dipanaskan dengan jangka untuk membuat lembaran guna untuk dijadikan bahan baku. Dari keseluruhan desain meja belaja lupat, rata rata bentuk persegi Panjang yang memiliki fungsi yang efektif saat proses beraktifitas di meja belajar. Betuk meja belajar lipat yang paling nyaman dibua dengan bentuk kemiringan meja 950 agar posisi tubuh tegak saat melakukan aktifitas belajar yang dalam waktu lama. untuk posisi kaki mempunyai kelebihan saat di operosikan mempunyai elektabilitas dalam pengaturan tinggi dan rendahnya meja belajar lipat. Kelebihan terdapat 2 fungsi sebagai papan tulis yang posisi pada bawa alas meja belajar lipat, dengan menggunakan material limba pipa pvc bekas berat nya hanya 3 Kg, sehingga saat di bawa tidak berat.
