Abstract

This study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, compensation and job involvement on turnover intention. The object of this research is the employees of PT.Prima Fajar Cahaya Surya, Panglima Polim Branch, South Jakarta. This research was conducted on 40 respondents, using a causal approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job involvement has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Job Involvement, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, kompensasi dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Prima Fajar Cahaya Surya Cabang Panglima Polim Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kausal. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structual Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kompensasai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasai, Keterlibatan Kerja, Turnover Intention
