Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of accounting information systems and internal control systems on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Holding and to find out which variables have the dominant influence between the two variables. The independent variables in this study are accounting information systems and internal control systems. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The data in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires directly to all employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Holding. The population in this study were employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (PERSERO) Holding. The number of samples in this study were 40 people consisting of working employees. The results of this study indicate that the accounting information system and internal control system have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Accounting Information System, Internal Control System and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi dan sistem pengendalian internal terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (persero) Holding serta untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh secara dominan diantara dua variabel tersebut. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi akuntansi dan sistempengendalian internal. Untuk variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada seluruh karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (persero) Holding. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (PERSERO) Holding. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang yang terdiri dari karyawan yang bekerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi dan sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Sistem Pengendalian Internal dan Kinerja Karyawan.
