Abstract
ABSTRACTION The development of the pharmaceutical industry and information technology is currently growing rapidly. So that the competition between companies is getting tighter, to increase customer loyalty (consumer) to the products produced by each company that is demanded to always create innovative and quality products. To get quality products required 5 aspects other than human, materials, methods, environment and machinery and equipment. An important aspect to produce a quality product is to use reliable machinery and supporting equipment from machinery and equipment in excellent condition. To maintain the condition of the machine and equipment in a prime condition, maintenance and calibration needs to be done periodically. In the system, scheduling and calibration reporting is still done manually, and often through the calibration period of machines and tools. With the monitoring application and reminded of the calibration machine and tools needed process and tools run in accordance with the schedule. Keywords: Monitoring, Reminding, Calibration of Machines and Tools, Web Based. ABSTRAK Perkembangan industri farmasi dan teknologi informasi saat ini sangat berkembang dengan pesat. Sehinga persaingan antar perusahaan pun semakin ketat, untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan (konsumen) atas produk yang dihasilkan setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk selalu membuat produk yang inovatif dan berkualitas. Untuk mendapatkan produkyang berkualitas diperlukan 5 aspek diantaranya man, material, methode, environment dan machine and tools. Aspek penting untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas yaitu dengan menggunakan mesin dan peralatan penunjang yang higienis dan kinerja dari mesin dan alat dalam keadaan yang prima. Untuk menjaga kondiri mesin dan alat dalat dalam keadaan yang prima perlu dilakukan perawatan dan kalibrasi yang dilakukan secara berkala. Pada sitem berjalan penjadwalan dan pembuatan laporan kalibrasi masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga sering terlewatnya masa kalibrasi mesin dan alat. Dengan adanya aplikasi monitoring dan reminding kalibrasi mesin dan alat diharapkan proses kalibrasi mesin dan alat berjalan sesuai dengan jadwal. Kata Kunci : Monitoring, Reminding, Kalibrasi Mesin dan Alat, Berbasis web.
