Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam proses pinjaman Koperasi PT Inti Dana Pratama masih menggunakan buku besar yang di gunakan untuk mencatat setiap transaksi peminjaman, sehingga hal ini sering terjadinya kesalahan pencatatan Pinjaman dan jumlah angsuran uang setiap anggota dan data yang di simpan dalam buku besar juga tidak aman. Apabila terjadi kerusakan atau kehilangan data pada buku besar, admin merasa kesulitan untuk mendapatkan kembali data – data anggota koperasi beserta laporan keuangan yang masuk dan keluar. Dalam hal ini, anggota koperasi tidak bisa di pastikan, apakah anggota masih ada tunggakan atau tidak, bukti pembayaran angsuran pinjaman mereka. Sistem informasi pinjam berbasis web ini di buat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan databasenya MySQL, yang mana penggunaanya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja Koperasi PT Inti Dana Pratama, karena dengan adanya perancangan sistem informasi ini, pencatatan transaksi pinjaman menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat serta pembuatan laporan lebih mudah dan juga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kepada anggota koperasi. Dengan adanya aplikasi transaksi berbasis web mampu mengatasi masalah yang terkait dengan pengelolaan uang dan transaksi yang berada di Koperasi PT Inti Dana Pratama. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi Pinjam Berbasis Web Koperasi ABSTRACT In the loan process of Cooperative PT Inti Dana Pratama still uses a ledger that is used to record each lending transaction, so this is often the case of recording mistakes Loans and the amount of each member's money and the data stored in the ledger is also not safe. In the event of damage or loss of data in the ledger, the admin find it difficult to get back data - member data cooperatives along with incoming and outgoing financial statements. In this case, members of the cooperative can not be sure, whether the members still have arrears or not, proof of payment of their loan. This web-based lending information system is created by using PHP programming language and MySQL database, which its use is expected to improve the performance of Cooperative PT Inti Dana Pratama, because with the design of this information system, the recording of loan transactions to be faster and more accurate and making reports easier and can also improve service to members of the cooperative. With the application of webbased transactions able to overcome the problems associated with money management and transactions that are in the Cooperative PT Inti Dana Pratama.
