Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Trust, Benefit and Ease on customer decisions using BCA Mobile Banking Case study of BCA customers in the Cimanggis Branch Office. The population in this study were 155 customers at PT. Bank Central Asia KCP Cimanggis. The sample used was 142 customers, calculated based on the Slovin formula. Data collection methods using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study is the Variance Based Structural Equation Model where the data processing uses Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0. The results showed that (1) Trust has a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Use, (2) Percieved Usefulness has a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Use, and (3) Percieved Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use. Keywords: Decision to Use, Perceived Trust, Percieved Usefulness, Percieved Ease of Use, and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Trust, Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan BCA Mobile Banking Studi kasus nasabah BCA Kantor Cabang Cimanggis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 155 nasabah pada PT. Bank Central Asia KCP Cimanggis. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 142 nasabah, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Variance Based Structural Equation Model dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0 . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan, (2) Kebermanfaatan berpengeruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan, dan (3) Kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan. Kata Kunci : Keputusan Menggunakan, Trust, Percieved Usefulness, Percieved Ease of Use, dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).
