Abstract
This study aims to discuss what factors influence the study at Curug Cigamea on ewom as an intervening variable. The independent variables obtained from the preliminary survey results are the influence of destination image and tourist attraction. The research used SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using PLS. The population is residents living in the city of DKI Jakarta, with a sample of 185 respondents. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the influence of destination image and tourist attraction had a significant positive effect on e-wom, the influence of destination image and tourist attraction had a significant positive effect on visiting visits, and e-wom had a significant positive effect on visiting decisions. Keyword: Visiting Decision, E-WOM, Influence of Destination Image and Tourist Attraction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keputusan berkunjung di Curug Cigamea terhadap e-wom sebagai variabel intervening. Variabel independen yang didapatkan dari hasil survei pendahuluan adalah pengaruh citra destinasi dan daya tarik wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan PLS. Populasinya adalah penduduk berwilayah tinggal di Kota DKI Jakarta, dengan sampel 185 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh citra destinasi dan daya tarik wisata berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap e-wom, pengaruh citra destinasi dan daya tarik wisata berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, serta e-wom berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung.
