Abstract

ABSTRAK Persaingan bisnis dalam dunia manufaktur semakin kompetitif. Setiap perusahaan perlu melakukan inovasi agar mampu bersaing sehingga dapat terus berkembang. Dalam perusahaan manufaktur, keseimbangan lintasan produksi penting unuk diperhatikan dalam menentukan ketepatan waktu produksi. Tanpa adanya keseimbangan lintasan dalam stasiun kerja maka proses produksi tidak akan berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Metode keseimbangan lintasan digunakan untuk merencanakan dan mengendalikan aliran proses produksi.Metode ini digunakan untuk mengevaluasi efisiensi lintasan produksi dan memperbaiki lintasan produksi tersebut. Analisis keseimbangan lintasan menggunakan metode Moodie Young. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa penerapan metode keseimbangan lintasan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja lintasan produksi dari peningkatan efisiensi lintasan sebesar 31% untuk 10 unit perhari dan sebesar 25% untuk 13 unit perhari.penurunan nilai balance delay sebesar 31% untuk produksi 10 unit perhari dan sebesar 25% untuk 13 unit perhari. penurunan nilai smoothing index sebesar 165,57 menit dan sebesar 152,41 menit. In manufacturing companies, the balance of production lines is important to be considered in determining the timeliness of production. Without a balance in the work station, the production process will not run effectively and efficiently. The track balance method is used to plan and control the flow of the production process. This method is used to evaluate the efficiency of the production line and improve the production trajectory. Analysis of track balance using the Moodie Young method. The results of the analysis state that the application of the trajectory balance method can improve the work efficiency of the production trajectory by increasing track efficiency by 31% for 10 units per day and by 25% for 13 units per day. for 13 units per day. the decrease in the smoothing index value was 165.57 minutes and 152.41 minutes.
