Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam pembuatan alat tulis. Ada masalah di bagian painting, dimana operator pengecatan pensil mengalami ketidaknyamanan dan keluhan-keluhan. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah proses pengecatan pensil dilakukan secara manual. Penelitan analisa postur kerja ini menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map untuk mengetahui total skor per individu berdasarkan klasifikasi subjektif tingkat resiko sistem muskuloskeletal dan menggunakan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) untuk mengetahui level tingkat resiko cedera yang terjadi dan memberikan usulan perbaikan. Berdasarkan keluhan yang didapat dari hasil pengumpulan dan pengolahan data kuisioner Nordic Body Map, lima operator proses pengecatan pensil di mesin Link memiliki tingkat risiko otot skeletal sedang dan satu operator proses pengecatan pensil di mesin Link memiliki tingkat risiko otot skeletal tinggi. Untuk aktivitas menaikan pensil ke mesin Link nilai level risiko untuk kanan dan kiri di level 3, aktivitas menuangkan cat ke box cat di mesin Link nilai level risiko untuk kiri dan kanan 7, sedangkan aktivitas menurunkan pensil dari mesin Link nilai level risiko untuk kiri dan kanan adalah 6. Untuk saran perbaikan terdiri dari perubahan perilaku operatornya dan dibuatkan usulan Intruksi Kerja untuk pelaksanaan proses pengecatan penasil. Faber-Castell Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of stationery. There is a problem in the painting section, where the pencil painting operator experiences discomfort and complaints. One reason is the process of painting the pencil is done manually. The study of work posture analysis used the Nordic Body Map questionnaire to find out the total score of each individual based on subjective classification of the risk level of the musculoskeletal system and using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method to determine the level of risk of injury occurring and to suggest improvements. Based on the complaints obtained from the results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire collection and processing, five operators of the pencil painting process at Link machine had a moderate risk of skeletal muscle and one operator of the pencil painting process at Link machine had a high risk of skeletal muscle. For the activity of raising a pencil to the Link machine the risk level values for right and left at level 3, the activity of pouring paint into the paint box on the Link machine risk level values for left and right 7, while the activity of lowering the pencil from the Link risk level values for left and right is 6. For suggestions for improvement, it consists of changes in the operator's behavior and made a proposal for Work Instructions to carry out the process of painting the producer.
