Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of innovation, destination trust, customer satisfaction on the revisit intention to Amaris Hotel Cirebon. The research design used was causal quantitative. The sampling technique used jugmental sampling was 85 respondents who had stayed at Amaris Hotel Cirebon at least once. The data analysis method used is structural equiation modeling. The results of the study are that innovation has a positive and significant effect on the revisit intention., Destination trust has a positive and significant effect on the revisit intention, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the revisit intention. Keyword: innovation, destination trust, customer satisfaction, revisit intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh innovation, destination trust, customer satisfaction terhadap revisit intention Amaris Hotel Cirebon. Desain penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan kuantitatif kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan jugmental sampling 85 responden orang yang pernah menginap di Amaris Hotel Cirebon minimal satu kali menginap. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equiation modelling. Hasil penelitian adalah innovation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, Destination trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, Kata kunci: innovation, destination trust, customer satisfaction, revisit intention.
