Abstract

This study aims to discuss the effect of Service Quality, Product Quality and Location Against Interest in Repurchasing KFC Mall Taman Anggrek. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling. The population is regional residents in DKI Jakarta, with a sample of 200 respondents. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality has a significant effect on KFC Mall Taman Anggrek Repurchase Interest, Product Quality has a significant effect on KFC Mall Taman Anggrek Repurchase Interest, and Location has a significant effect on KFC Mall Taman Anggrek Repurchase Interest. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Location, Interest in Repurchasing KFC Mall Taman Anggrek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk dan Lokasi Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang KFC Mall Taman Anggrek. Metode analisis data menggunakan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square(PLS). Populasinya adalah penduduk berwilayah di DKI Jakarta, dengan sampel 200 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang KFC Mall Taman Anggrek, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang KFC Mall Taman Anggrek, serta Lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang KFC Mall Taman Anggrek. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk, Lokasi, Minat Beli Ulang KFC Mall Taman Anggrek.
