Abstract
ABSTRACT Production performance information system is a data processing system that generates performance information on the development of a production. Collection of production data from a molding machine described by cycle time, cavity engine and output of production includes OK (good) products and NG (not good) products that processed into an information in the form of reports to assist managers in making strategies and decisions production-related activity. This information system design using PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) and MySql Server for database design. This application allows the user to input the data, edit data, delete data, data search, data filtering and data printing into paper media. While the output generated from this information system in the form of report production performance by periods per day, month and fiscal year as well as the disposal reports (material removed because it does not match with standards / broken). This system is the solution of simplify on processing production data and make it easier, faster and efficient. Keywords: system, PHP, MySQL, production, data ABSTRAK Sistem informasi kinerja produksi merupakan suatu sistem pengolah data yang menghasilkan informasi perkembangan kinerja suatu produksi. Kumpulan data produksi dari suatu mesin molding yang dijabarkan berdasarkan cycle time, cavity mesin dan output dari suatu produksi meliputi produk OK (baik) dan produk NG (not good/ tidak baik) diolah menjadi informasi berupa laporan yang dapat membantu manajer dalam pengambilan strategi dan keputusan terkait kegitan produksi. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) serta MySql Server untuk rancangan database. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk input data, edit data, hapus data, pencarian data, penyaringan data dan pencetakan data ke media kertas. Sedangkan output yang dihasilkan dari sistem informasi ini berupa laporan performance production berdasarkan periode perhari,bulan dan fiscal year serta laporan disposal (material yang dibuang karena tidak memenuhi standar/rusak). Sistem informasi ini dapat menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam mengolah data produksi dan membuat menjadi lebih mudah, cepat dan efisien.
