Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of liquidity proxied by Current Ratio (CR), Profitability proxied by Return On Equity (ROE), Leverage proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) toward Firm Value. The result of this research showed that liquidity, profitability, leverage together have an influence on firm value. While for each variable, the liquidity (CR) has no effect on the firm value, the profitability (ROE) has a positive influence on the firm value, the leverage (CR) has no effect on the firm value. It has been proven from the result of the F-test and the result of the T-test. Then the estimation result of regression shows that the predictive capability of these 3 independent variables to the firm value by 49,1% and 50,9% remains are influenced by the other factors outside of this research. Keywords : liquidity (CR), Profitability (ROE), Leverage (DER), and Firm Value (Tobin’s Q). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan Current Ratio (CR), Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Equity (ROE), Leverage yang diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan proksi Tobin’s Q. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Leverage, secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan per masing-masing variabel, Likuiditas (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Leverage (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji F dan hasil uji T. Kemudian hasil estimasi regresi menunjukan kemampuan prediksi dari 3 variabel independen tersebut terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 49,1%, sedangkan sisanya 50,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitianini. Kata Kunci : Likuiditas (CR), Profitabilitas (ROE), Leverage (DER), dan Nilai Perusahaan (Tobin’s Q)
