Abstract

This research was conducted with aims to know the effect of profitability ratio, audit opinion and public accounting firm size on stock price. Financial ratios in this research was represented by Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earning per Share (EPS). The object of this research was companies that registered consistently in LQ45 Index in the period of 2016-2018. The samples obtained were 75 samples form 25 companies for 3 years. Research conducted with quantitive-descriptive approach, and using statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The result of this research indicate that simultaneously all the variables used in this research which is ROA, ROE, EPS, Audit Opinion, and Public Accounting Firm Size has a significant effect on stock price of LQ45 companies. This is proven from the result of F-Statistic Test and Coefficient Determination Test. From the result of t-Statistic Test, variables ROE, EPS, and Public Accounting Firm Size have a significant effect with a positive direction on stock price of LQ45 companies, meanwhile variables ROA and Audit Opinion have no significant effect on stock price of LQ45 companies. Keywords : ROA, ROE, EPS, Profitability Ratios, Audit Opinion, Public Accounting Firm Size, Stock Price Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari rasio profitabilitas, opini audit dan ukuran kantor akuntan publik terhadap harga saham. Rasio profitabilitas pada penelitian ini diproksikan oleh Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Earning per Share (EPS. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Indeks LQ45 secara konsisten selama periode tahun 2016-2018. Total sampel yang didapatkan adalah 75 sampel dari 25 perusahaan selama 3 tahun. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan desktiptif kuantitatif, dan menggunakan analisa statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu ROA, ROE, EPS, Opini Audit, dan Ukuran KAP mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan LQ45. Hasil ini dibuktikan dari hasil Uji Statistik F dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Dari hasil Uji Statistik t, variabel ROE, EPS, dan Ukuran KAP memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan arah yang positif terhadap harga saham perusahaan LQ45, sedangkan variabel ROA dan Opini Audit mempunyai pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan LQ45.
