Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and financial performance on firm value. The company value variable is predicted by Tobins' Q, investment decisions are proxied by Price Earning Ratio (PER), funding decisions are represented by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), financial performance is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA). This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2017. While the selection of samples using purposive sampling method. There were 15 samples of food and beverages companies. The results in this study indicate that funding decisions have a negative and insignificant effect and financial performance is not significant positive effect on firm value. While investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value. Keywords: investment decisions, funding decisions, financial performance, company value Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, dan kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel nilai perusahaan diprosikan oleh Tobins’Q, keputusan investasi diproksi oleh Price Earning Ratio (PER), keputusan pendanaan diwakili oleh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), kinerja keuangan diproksikan oleh Return On Asset (ROA). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam periode 2012-2017. Sedangkan pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Didapatkan 15 sampel perusahaan food and beverages. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keputusan pendanaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan dan kinerja keuangan pengaruh postif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan keputusan investasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, kinerja keuangan, nilai perusahaan
