Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate empirically the effect Working Capital and Intellectual Capital of Profitability manufacture company sector consumer goods during period 2013-2016. The data analyzed in this study is a secondary data sourced from financial statements that listing in Indonesia stock market during period 2013-2016. These data then analyzed by using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. The result of analysis by simultaneous with level of significant 5% shows the working capital (WC), human capital efficiency (HCE), structural capital efficiency (SCE) and capital employee efficiency (CEE) affected significantly to profitability (ROA) manufacture company sector consumer goods. In partial model with level of significant 5%, show variables HCE and CEE affected significantly to profitability manufacture company sector consumer goods, WC and SCE not affected significantly to profitability (ROA) manufacture company sector consumer goods Key word: Working capital (WC), human capital efficiency (HCE), structural capital efficiency (SCE) and capital employee efficiency (CEE) & Profitability (ROA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh Modal Kerja dan Modal Intelektual terhadap Profitabilitas periode 2013-2016 di Perusahaan manufaktur sektor barang konsumsi. Data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan publikasi pada Periode 2013 – 2016 di situs Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dari data tersebut, kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 20. Dari hasil analisis secara simultan dengan level of significant 5% diketahui tingkat WC, HCE, SCE dan CEE berpegaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusaaan (ROA). Secara parsial dengan level of significant 5%, HCE dan CEE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusaaan (ROA), WC dan SCE tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan (ROA). Kata Kunci : Modal kerja, Efisiensi Modal Tenaga Kerja, Efisiensi Modal Struktural , Efisiensi Aktiva, profitabilitas.
