Abstract

This study has several objectives, namely to carry out the analysis and identification of activities in the process assessibility and ducting utilities, which are activities that value added and not value added activities with the value enhancement and waste reduction, then prepare the proposed improvement process assessibility and ducting utilities and evaluating the quality of the work produced, so that the company’s productivity can be achieved. The method used is Lean Construction. Assessibility and ducting utilities analysis use concept of Critical Path Method (CPM) and Value Engineering (VE) begins with the observation that focused on process steps assessibiity and ducting utilities. The implementation of Lean Construction has been successfully evaluate and reduce the waste that occurs in the process assessibility and ducting utilities. Most waste is in the process of excavation. Waste minimization efforts on extracting process is by reducing the waiting time and reducing the cost of heavy equipment used during the process of excavation. Improvement efforts is to minimize the time using CPM, which can be associated with the value and rental tool. Keywords: Lean Construction, Value Added, Non Value Added, Critical Path Method (CPM) and Value Engineering (VE)
