Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, kompetensi dan independensi aparat pengawas intern pemerintah (APIP) terhadap kualitas hasil pemeriksaan pada kejaksaan agung Republik Indonesia. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah metode sensus. Kuisioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 130 kuisioner, yang kembali sebanyak 104 kuisioner. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah latar belakang pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, kompetensi dan independensi APIP, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kualitas hasil pemeriksaan. Analisis data yang di pergunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, kompetensi dan independensi APIP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas hasil pemeriksaan. Kata kunci: latar belakang pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, kompetensi, independensi APIP dan kualitas hasil pemeriksaa. The purpose of this research was to describe the influence of education background, work experience, competence and independence of Government Internal supervisory apparatus (APIP) at attorney general of Republic Indonesia. The method used in sampling is census method. Of the 130 questionnaires distributed, 104 questionnaires were returned. Independent variable in this study were education background, work experience, competence and independence of APIP. Dependent variable of this study was the quality of inspection result. Data analysis was perfomed by multiple linear regression testing. The result of this study has shown that education background, work experience, competence and independence of APIP have significant influence to quality of inspection result.
