Abstract

The company was founded with the aim of maximizing the wealth of the company's owner. The company's objectives can be seen from the company's value. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Profitability, Capital Structure, and Company Size on the Company Value of the Printing Media sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017. the sampling method uses purposive sampling method. The number used by 10 companies as research samples. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression test supported by SPSS version 23 application software. The results showed that the profitability and size of the company significantly influence the value of the company while the structure of capital does not significantly influence the value of the company. Keywords: profitability (ROA), capital structure (DER), company size (Size), company value (PBV). Perusahaan didirikan dengan tujuan untuk memaksimalkan kekayaan pemilik perusahaan. Tujuan perusahaan tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan sub sektor Advertising Printing Media yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2012-2017. data sampel diperoleh melalui teknik dokumentasi dan metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah yang digunakan 10 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda yang didukung oleh software aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan strukrut modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: profitabilitas (ROA), struktur modal (DER), ukuran perusahaan (Size), nilai perusahaan (PBV).
