Abstract

ABSTRAK Analisa Penerapan Metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) Dan HAZOPS (Hazard and Operability Study) Dalam Kegiatan Identifikasi Potensi Bahaya dan Resiko Pada Proses Unloading Unit Di PT. Toyota Astra Motor HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) dan HAZOPS (Hazard and Operability Study) adalah metode identifikasi yang digunakan untuk meninjau hazard suatu proses atau operasi pada suatu sistem secara sistematis, teliti dan terstruktur.untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai permasalahan yang menggangu jalannya proses dan resiko-resiko yang ada yang dapat menimbulkan resiko merugikan bagi manusia atau fasilitas pada lingkungan atau sistem yang ada serta menjelaskan mengenai penanggulangan terhadap resiko tersebut. Tingkat/Level implementasi suatu program berdasarkan HIRARC merupakan tingkatan suatu program dapat dikatakan efektif atau tidak, diketahui melalui kombinasi tingkat kinerja program dan tingkat kecelakaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu dengan kuisioner, observasi lapangan dan wawancara. Pengolahan data dimulai dengan menghitung tingkat kinerja implementasi program dari HIRARC yang sudah berjalan dan tingkat kecelakaan kerja di area unloading unit dengan truk car carrier tipe semi trailer sehingga dari kedua data tersebut akan di dapat tingkat/level implementasi dari program. Selanjutnya peneliti akan melakukan identifikasi potensi bahaya dan penanggulangannya dengan metode HAZOPS sehingga didapatkan perbandingan antara kedua metode tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Level/Tingkat implementasi program dari HIRARC pada proses unloading unit dengan truk car carrier tipe semi trailer berada pada tingkat 2 (cukup aman) dengan kategori warna kuning. Hazard yang memiliki nilai resiko ekstrim pada proses unloading dengan menggunakan metode HAZOPS, yaitu tangga terlepas, masalah ketinggian, tejepit tangga dan masalah pada sling. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah metode HAZOPS dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya selain metode HIRARC yang saat ini digunakan di PT. Toyota Astra Motor (TAM) karena metode tersebut lebih mendetail dalam identifikasi bahaya pada suatu proses. Toyota Astra Motor HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) and HAZOPS (Hazard and Operability Study) is a method of identification used to review the hazard of a process or operation in a system in a systematic, thorough and structurize to identify various problems that interfere with the course of the process and risk that there is a risk that can cause harm to humans or the environment or the facilities in the existing system and explained the countermeasures against these risks. Level of implementation of a program based HIRARC the level of a program can be said to be effective or not, it is known through a combination of program performance levels and accident rates. This research is a quantitative and qualitative. Techniques used in the data collection is by questionnaires, field observations and interviews. Data processing begins with calculating the performance level of implementation of HIRARC program that is already running and the level of work accidents in the area of truck unloading unit with semi-trailer car carrier type so that both data will be able to level of implementation of the program. Furthermore, researchers will identify potential hazards and mitigation with HAZOPS methods to obtain comparison between the two methods. Based on this research, it is known that the Level of implementation of HIRARC the unloading process units with truck semi-trailer car carrier types are at level 2 (quite safe) with a yellow color category. Hazard who has the risk of extreme value to the process of unloading using HAZOPS, ie regardless stairs, altitude problems, tejepit stairs and problems in the sling. Suggestions from this study is HAZOPS method can be used as a medium to identify hazards in addition HIRARC method currently used in PT.
