Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, fiscal decentralization, and excess budget financing on capital expenditures. The research population in this study were 34 provinces in Indonesia during the period from 2016 to 2020. Sampling was carried out in this study using a non-probability sampling method. The sample used in this study was 170 samples. Analysis of the data used for this test is multiple linear regression analysis of SPSS version 20 program. Based on the results of this study it was found that economic growth and fiscal decentralization and excess budget financing had an effect on capital expenditures. Keywords: Capital Expenditures, Economic Growth, Fiscal Decentralization, Over Time Budget Implementation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, desentralisasi fiskal, dan sisa lebih pembiayaan anggaran terhadap belanja modal. Populasi penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah 34 provinsi di indonesia selama periode tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 170 sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk pengujian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda program SPSS versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Pertumbuhan ekonomi dan Desentralisasi fiskal dan Sisa lebih pembiayaan anggaran berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal.
